CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY OF THE “FASTN” WEBSITE
The purpose of the present confidentiality policy is to define the methods by which the personal data (the “Data”) of Users of the “FASTN” site (hereinafter “the Site”) will be processed.
This confidentiality policy supplements the legal notices that Users may consult on the Site.
Article 1. Definition
User: The person who uses the Site, and who also corresponds to the Data Subject as defined by EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”).
Other terms not defined herein and beginning with a capital letter shall refer to the terms used and defined by the GDPR.

Having read the entire privacy policy, the User declares that he or she has given his or her express consent to the processing of his or her Personal Data, with full knowledge of the facts and in an informed manner.

The following Data is collected:

- First name
- Professional or personal e-mail address
- Business or personal telephone number
This Data may be consulted by the sales team responsible for the product.
Article 3. Purposes of processing Personal Data
The Data is collected in order to enable Users to:
– make contact, in particular for the purpose of demonstrating the product.
– obtain additional information on the connected harness
– request a quotation for the product
No personal data is collected via cookies; they are stored and processed for the purposes of statistics and analysis of site usage or for support purposes.
Article 4. Data processing methods
4.1. Legality of data processing
The provision of Data is based on Users’ consent.
4.2. Data processing
Haulotte Group collects, records and stores Users’ Data.
4.3. Data hosting
The Data is hosted by OELIS.
4.4. Data transfer
No data is transferred. If this is not the case, the User will be informed.
4.5. Data retention period
Personal Data is processed and stored for a period of two (2) years from the date of collection.
The Data Processor may be authorised to retain Data for a longer period whenever the User has given his/her consent to such processing, for as long as such consent has not been withdrawn. In addition, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever this is required for the performance of a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
Once the retention period has expired, the Personal Data will be deleted.
4.6. Security of processing
The site editor takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Data.

Article 6. Users’ rights to their personal data
To exercise any of the rights set out in this article, the User may send a request :
- by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of Haulotte Group’s registered office: Rue Emile Zola, 42420 Lorette.

Access to his/her Data: the User has the right to obtain information on certain aspects of the processing and to obtain a copy of the Data being processed.
Verify and obtain rectification: The User has the right to verify the accuracy of his/her Data and to request that it be updated or corrected.
Have their Personal Data deleted or erased: the User may request the deletion or erasure of their Data from the Data Controller.
Withdraw consent: Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
Request the portability of his/her Data: the User may retrieve his/her Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically possible, transmit it to another Data Controller without hindrance of any kind.
Request the limitation of processing: the User has the right to request the limitation of the processing of his/her Data.
Oppose the processing of their Data: Users have the right to oppose the processing of their Data.
File a complaint: the User may file a complaint with the CNIL.
